Terms and Conditions 4dnum — Malaysia Platform Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and 4dnum ("Platform", "we", or "Company"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or access any service provided by our platform.

By using the platform 4dnum, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms stated herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, which are deemed part of this Agreement.

If you are registering on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. In such cases, "you" refers to the relevant entity.

Eligibility Requirements

To register an account at 4dnum, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years old on the registration date.
• Be a resident of Malaysia and access the platform from a permitted region.
• Not blacklisted by any relevant gambling regulatory body.
• Have never applied for a permanent self-exclusion program on our platform.
• Having a valid and active Malaysian bank account in your own name.

Identity Verification (KYC)

4dnum conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with industry-standard practices. You are required to submit a valid identification document, proof of address, and payment method information for verification purposes. This process helps us protect your account from unauthorized access.

Accepted documents include a copy of your MyKad, the last three months' bank statements, and proof of current address. All documents are processed with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the platform 4dnum. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different information or different devices, constitutes a serious breach of these terms. • The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• All withdrawals will be credited to the bank account verified during the KYC process.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If the KYC process has not been completed, withdrawals will be held until identity verification has been successfully fulfilled.
• For withdrawal requests exceeding RM 10,000, additional verification may be required for compliance purposes.

Any attempt to withdraw a deposit without meeting the associated bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled and only the original deposit balance being returned.

4dnum offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) as specified in their respective promotion terms and must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted.

General Bonus Terms

• Each member is eligible to claim each type of bonus only once unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never made any prior deposit.
• The rollover requirement is set at 15x to 30x depending on the bonus type — full details are stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until the wagering requirements have been met.
• 4dnum reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or breach of terms.

• Sharing or transferring your account to another individual

• Defaming or making false statements about the 4dnum platform to the public
• Using a 4dnum account for money laundering activities
• Registering an account on behalf of an individual who has activated permanent self-exclusion

4dnum reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time for the following reasons, without prior notice in serious cases:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Voluntary closure request by a member through the customer support channel.

When an account is terminated for voluntary reasons or non-breach reasons, any remaining balance (after deducting any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered bank account within 7 business days.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 4dnum is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.

4dnum does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance via in-platform notifications. We strive to maintain an uptime of over 99.5% each month.

You are solely responsible for the gaming decisions you make. 4dnum provides the platform only — wins and losses are the result of legitimate gameplay and cannot be reversed or reclaimed.

4dnum reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except in cases where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the platform 4dnum after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with the platform 4dnum will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
